We would like to begin by stating clearly that none of the NutriGold products are associated with the ABH Pharma recall. The reason you received the email is that Amazon had indirectly associated three NutriGold products in their database with the ABH Pharma Recall and, in its haste to comply with FDA requirements, emailed you in error about them being affected by that recall. The fact that the three NutriGold products they claim to be affected by the recall are, at this very moment, available for purchase on Amazon, is proof that Amazon was wrong to send out that factually inaccurate email to customers in the first place.

It goes without saying that Amazon was egregiously irresponsible in sending out that email without properly vetting the accuracy of the claims contained in it and we intend to pursue all available legal options to hold Amazon accountable for confusing consumers, sowing doubt about the quality of NutriGold products, casting aspersions about our integrity, and for causing irreparable damage to our reputation and business.

In the meantime, we invite you to verify the truthfulness of our claim that our products are NOT affected by the recall by reviewing the complete list of brands that are affected by the recall and seeing for yourself that NutriGold is NOT one of the brands on that list.
